Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data the App processes, including data obtained through Meta/Facebook. You can do it through any of these three methods.

1. From the App (immediate)

Open the App → My Leads → disconnect your Page. This immediately removes your Facebook Page access token, so we stop receiving and reading your leads.

2. By removing the app from Facebook (automatic)

If you remove our app from your Facebook account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook automatically sends us a deletion request. Our system receives it and deletes the data associated with your account (Page token and stored leads) without any further action from you.

3. By email

Email us at lucas@lucasalbo.com with the subject “Data deletion”, including your email and/or Page name. We process the request within 30 days and confirm once done.

What we delete

• Your Facebook Page access token.
• The stored leads associated with your account.
• Your devices’ notification subscription.
• Upon request, your App account data as well.

Timeframe and confirmation

Methods 1 and 2 are immediate. Method 3 is processed within 30 days. We retain only what a legal obligation requires, for the minimum time necessary.
